Avila's Radiator Service provides automotive radiator repair, replacement, and cooling system services. Our services include:

• Radiator repair and restoration
• Complete radiator replacement
• Cooling system diagnostics and testing
• Coolant flush and system service
• Thermostat and water pump services
• Emergency radiator repair services

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are based on:

• Visual inspection of the vehicle and radiator
• Customer description of symptoms and issues
• Current parts pricing and availability
• Labor time estimates for the specific repair

Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We will always obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional work or charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Cash and personal checks
• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Business accounts (with prior approval)

5. Quality Assurance

We stand behind our workmanship with quality assurance coverage on all repairs. If any work performed fails due to our error or defective parts within the specified period, we will repair it at no charge. This does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Removing personal belongings from vehicles before service
• Prompt payment for services rendered

7. Parts and Warranties

We use quality OEM and aftermarket parts backed by manufacturer warranties. Parts warranties are honored according to manufacturer specifications. Labor warranties are provided by our shop as outlined in our quality assurance program.

8. Liability Limitations

Avila's Radiator Service's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any consequential damages, loss of use, or other indirect damages resulting from our services or any failure of repaired components.

9. Emergency Services

Emergency services may be subject to additional charges. We will always inform customers of emergency service rates before performing such services. Emergency availability is not guaranteed and depends on technician availability and shop capacity.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services with 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a diagnostic fee if our technician's time has been reserved.
